Barley Creek Brewing Company opened its doors in Tannersville, PA on December 15, 1995. Housed in a renovated late-1800s farmhouse, Barley Creek is right off Route 80 exit 299 in Tannersville. We are located at the fork between Sullivan Trail and Camelback Road between the Crossings Retail Factory Outlets and Camelback ski area. The building features an impressive post-and-beam timber frame designed and erected with 90 year old recycled timbers by the renowned architectural firm of Benson Woodworking.

Our ten-barrel brewhouse, designed by Peter Austin Associates, features a gleaming copper-topped, brick encased brewkettle, a mash tun, a 360-gallon hot liquor back, and a grist mill. We have three 10 barrel lager fermentation vessels, four open fermentation tanks, eight bright beer conditioning tanks, and Firkins for cask conditioning brews. We operate a bottling and labeling line and package our beer for re-sale in six packs and cases.

Free tours of our operation run daily at 12:30 p.m. followed by a free tasting. Special tours can be arranged for your group by emailing trip@barleycreek.com. We'll see you at the Creek soon for a fun and educational tour of a working brewery!
