| NEW YEAR'S EVE: FIVE COURSES, FIVE BREWS, ONE GREAT PARTY
Joe O'Malley will be rocking the house while Brewmaster Tim Phillips hosts a New Year's Eve Beer Dinner at the Onyx Back Bar on Thursday, December 31. The fun kicks off at 7:45 pm, and we'll be serving up an awesome five-course dinner with extraordinary beer pairings for every course. Dinner will include:
Soup: Roasted Corn Chipotle with an Adobo sauce swirl
Appetizer: Porketta served over roasted rosemary bread.
Salad: Caesar salad with honey focaccia bread.
Entree: BBQ roast tenderloin with Jamaican seasoning.
Three desserts!: Creme Brulee, Brewkettle Crumble, Eclair.
Brews: Cliffhanger Light, Antler Brown, Rescue IPA, Winterfest, Traveler's Foreign Stout.
All this for just $45 for adults (plus tax and gratuity), or $18 for children (birch beer, ginger ale, etc.)
