Happy beer birthday to two new brews! We just tapped our new Moon Over Sun Imperial Stout this week. At 8.4% ABV, this imperial oatmeal stout is like the relationship between the Moon and the Sun: strong, dark and complicated. It has a complex maltiness that showcases deep roasted coffee, chocolate, and a slight breadiness with understated notes of raisin. It’s thick-bodied, velvety, and dark with very subtle yet supportive spiciness from the Pilgrim hops. Not feeling dark? Try our new Brewberry Cider, a hard cider conditioned on 100 pounds of blueberry puree. Brewberry is different than a lot of flavored ciders. It's not an in-your-face, super sweet cider, but rather light-bodied and dry, with a subtle tart blueberry flavor that's reminiscent of biting into a blueberry right off the bush. Brewberry Cider is brightly carbonated and drinks a bit like champagne, with an ABV of 6.4%. On tap tomorrow. Cheers!
